Do the prices include VAT? +
Yes — prices for private customers are gross, with 21% Belgian VAT applied once to the whole total (inspection, travel, add-ons). A business with an EU VAT number outside Belgium receives a net invoice under the reverse charge; B2B memberships are quoted net.
What if the car stands further than the included kilometres? +
Each further kilometre of the round trip costs €0.47 net (about €0.57 incl. VAT). 30 km are included, and when the car stands 150 km or further one way — 50 km. You see the full amount, travel included, before confirming the order.
Can I combine an inspection with transport? +
Yes. We first do a full inspection (€278.30 incl. VAT), and the transport in the bundle gets 10% off. If the report shows serious faults, you can withdraw from the purchase before the car leaves.
How do I pay? +
Once the quote is confirmed you receive a card payment link or bank transfer details; the inspection is scheduled once the payment is in. Businesses on Trade Pro and Enterprise settle by collective invoice.
