Looking for a regular inspection partner in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany?
Yes — that is exactly what we do. DAExport is an independent vehicle-inspection company based in Berchem, Antwerp (Belgium). We work for buyers only and never take a cent from a seller. Our own inspectors check cars on site in Belgium, the Netherlands, north-eastern France and Germany up to 250 km by road from Antwerp, on a flat monthly membership starting at €69/month, with inspections at €190–€230 + VAT (VIN history included) and the report 24–48 hours after the inspection. On DAExport Enterprise the inspection slot is guaranteed within 48 hours once the seller confirms a time. Further into Germany and in Czechia and Slovakia the inspection is carried out by our partner iAutomato, at a fixed price on every plan, and you receive the report in the DAExport format.
A recurring partnership means one contract, one price list and one contact person instead of hunting for a local inspector on every deal. You order through the partner panel or by e-mail and you see the full price before you confirm. Reports with your own logo are coming soon on Trade Pro and Enterprise — then you hand your customer an independent condition report with your name on it.

Three things on one contract
Sourcing stock in another country costs a dealer two things that cannot be bought back: travel time, and the risk of a car that does not match its advert. Membership removes both, at a price agreed up front.
Verify
We drive to the car. An independent inspector spends 1.5–2 hours on site — body, mechanics, paperwork, history — and sends a written report with full photo documentation, before any money moves.
Buy
Optionally, we negotiate and close the deal with the seller for you (€81.82 + VAT per order). On DAExport Enterprise we also arrange transport and parking, quoted individually.

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at the end of any billing period. Annual memberships run for twelve months. DAExport Enterprise runs on a quarterly contract. Inspections already ordered are carried out in all cases.

What a dealer really dislikes is not the price of an inspection — it is not knowing what the drive will add to it. So we sell certainty: a fixed price per inspection, kilometres included, and the full amount on screen before you confirm.

Next car, same day, same town: €172 + VAT
If another vehicle is in the same town on the same day, the drive is already paid for — only the time on site remains. On Trade Pro that saving goes to you automatically: each further car that day in the same town costs €172 + VAT, and only the first car pays for driving. It is a logistics discount, not a separate price list — and a good reason to group your orders.
- Distance is measured by road from Uitbreidingstraat 510, 2600 Berchem and counts the return trip. For cars 150 km or more from base, 50 km are always included.
- Our own inspectors cover Belgium, the Netherlands, north-eastern France and Germany up to 250 km by road from Antwerp. Further into Germany and in Czechia and Slovakia our partner iAutomato inspects the car at a fixed price on every plan, travel included and without add-ons: Germany €303.31, Czechia €157.02, Slovakia €142.98 + VAT. Companies with an individual contract pay the contract price. Anywhere else, individual quote.
- Negotiation and closing the deal with the seller: add-on of €81.82 + VAT on any order, except inspections by our partner iAutomato (Germany beyond 250 km by road, Czechia, Slovakia), which come without add-ons.
- Enterprise: the contract starts on the first day of a month; after each quarter we compare the actual monthly average with your commitment. If it falls into a band with fewer cars, we invoice the price difference for that quarter’s inspections; ordering more than you committed to does not lower prices retroactively.

You find the car — or the radar finds it for you
Set your filters once. When a car appears below market price in any of the three countries, the alert goes out immediately, with a deal score and price history.

You order the inspection and see the price before confirming
Paste the listing, pick a date. You see the full price — inspection, any driving above the included allowance and the negotiation add-on if you want it — before you confirm. On Trade, once we confirm the order, you get a payment link by e-mail and the inspection is scheduled after payment; on Trade Pro and Enterprise the order goes on the collective invoice.

We go and look at the car
The inspector spends 1.5–2 hours on site: body, mechanics, paperwork, history. Within 24–48 hours you get a written report with full photo documentation and the vehicle history report by VIN. On Enterprise the inspection itself takes place within 48 hours of the seller confirming a time.

France
North-east along the Belgian border: Lille, Valenciennes, Charleville-Mézières (Ardennes), Reims, Verdun, Metz and Nancy. The rest of France is quoted individually.

On Trade Pro and Enterprise the report will carry your branding. You will hand your customer an independent, professionally produced condition report with your name on it — and close on trust instead of on discount.
Money does not move before the car is checked — coming soon
On DAExport Enterprise you will be able to run the purchase through an escrow process in the partner panel: the price is held by a licensed third party — a notary or a licensed escrow provider — never by DAExport, and reaches the seller only after the inspection and once both sides confirm the documents. Yes. Recurring B2B cooperation is our main business model. You get one contract, a fixed price list and one contact person instead of finding a local inspector for every deal. Dealers, exporters, leasing and fleet buyers, marketplaces and foreign inspection companies all work with us this way.
Which countries do you cover? +
Our own inspectors cover Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany up to 250 km by road from our base in Berchem, Antwerp, and north-eastern France along the Belgian border (Nord, Aisne, Ardennes, Marne and the parts of Meuse, Moselle and Meurthe-et-Moselle within 400 km). Further into Germany and anywhere in Czechia and Slovakia, our partner iAutomato inspects the car and you receive the report in the DAExport format — at a fixed price on every plan, travel included and without add-ons: Germany €303.31, Czechia €157.02, Slovakia €142.98 + VAT. Longer trips — including the rest of France — are possible and quoted individually.
How fast can you inspect a car? +
On DAExport Enterprise we guarantee a slot within 48 hours. The clock starts once the seller confirms a time — seller availability is the one thing we do not control, so we do not pretend otherwise. On every plan the report follows within 24–48 hours of the inspection.
What does an inspection cost for a partner? +
€230 + VAT without membership and on Trade, €210 + VAT on Trade Pro for every inspection with no monthly limit (€172 + VAT for the next car the same day in the same town), and €220 to €190 + VAT on DAExport Enterprise, depending on the number of cars you commit to per month. The vehicle history report by VIN is always included. Without membership the first 30 km of driving are included (50 km for cars 150 km or more away); Trade and Trade Pro always include 50 km; Enterprise includes 30 or 50 km by tier (always 50 km for cars 150 km or more away). Each additional kilometre is €0.47, measured by road and counting the return trip. In Germany beyond 250 km by road, in Czechia and in Slovakia our partner iAutomato inspects at a fixed price on every plan, travel included: €303.31, €157.02 and €142.98 + VAT.
Can the report carry our own branding? +
This is coming soon on Trade Pro and DAExport Enterprise. The report will then be produced in your branding, so you can pass an independent condition report to your own customer under your own name.
What is actually in the report? +
Body and paint (including paint-thickness measurements panel by panel), mechanics, an OBD diagnostic scan, a road test where the seller permits one, documentation and a vehicle history report by VIN, plus full photo documentation of the car as the inspector found it — not as the seller photographed it. Available in nine languages.
Do you take money from sellers? +
Never. We are paid by the buyer only. We are not a party to the transaction and have no incentive to push any particular car — which is the entire point of an independent report.
Can you handle the purchase and transport as well? +
We can negotiate and close the deal with the seller on any order, as an add-on of €81.82 + VAT — except inspections by our partner iAutomato (Germany beyond 250 km by road, Czechia, Slovakia), which come without add-ons. On DAExport Enterprise we also arrange transport (tow truck) and parking, quoted individually, and an escrow process in which a licensed third party — a notary or an escrow provider — holds the purchase price (coming soon). DAExport never holds that money.
How does billing work? +
Membership is billed monthly or annually (annual works out at two months free); membership prices are net. On Trade each inspection is paid online through a payment link we send once we confirm the order; the inspection is scheduled after payment, and you receive a VAT invoice for every payment. Trade Pro gets a collective VAT invoice paid by SEPA. DAExport Enterprise gets one monthly invoice: €499 plus the inspections of the month. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at the end of any billing period; annual memberships run twelve months. Inspections already ordered are carried out in all cases.
How does the DAExport Enterprise commitment work? +
You sign a quarterly contract starting on the first day of a month and commit to a number of cars per month. That number sets your price per inspection: 1–7 cars €220, 8–19 €210, 20–49 €200, 50 or more €190 + VAT, with 30 km of driving included up to 19 cars and 50 km from 20. After each quarter we compare the actual monthly average with your commitment: if it falls into a band with fewer cars, we invoice the price difference for that quarter’s inspections; ordering more does not lower prices retroactively. The €499 monthly membership is not prorated.
We are an inspection company ourselves and need coverage in the Benelux. Is that possible? +
Yes. We act as a subcontracted local partner for inspection companies, marketplaces and platforms that have customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany or France but no inspector on the ground. Report format, branding and data handover are agreed in the contract.
