The one thing no listings portal can offer: cars our inspector has already stood next to. When a buyer orders an inspection of a listing from AutoScout24 or 2dehands, the finished report is attached to that car in the app — and the next buyer can read it instead of ordering another one.
A badge you can read, not just see
A verified car shows the inspection date, the score out of 10 and the verdict right on the listing. One tap opens the full report: paint thickness on every panel, tyres, brakes, a photo under each finding and the findings map.
Found automatically
The engine matches the report to the listing by the link the customer gave us and by the VIN. When a seller re-posts the same car under a new listing, the report follows it — the VIN does not change.
Paid for by a buyer, never by a seller
Every verified report was commissioned and paid for by a buyer. We take no money from sellers, dealers or portals for a favourable verdict — which is exactly why the badge means something.
Selling a car? Listings on this marketplace are opened by an inspection.
Sellers will be able to list their own cars here — on one condition: the car must first go through a DAExport inspection, ordered and paid for like any other. No inspection, no listing. That keeps the marketplace what buyers come for: 600 000+ cars from the portals, and a growing shelf of cars someone independent has actually checked.
The full report is the property of the buyer who paid for it; the verified view shows the score, verdict and date, and opens the report as the customer received it.

Open it
Go to daexport.com/marketplace in any browser — phone, tablet or laptop. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

Add it to your home screen
The app is a PWA: your browser can put it on the home screen, where it opens full screen like a normal app.

Create an account when you need one
An account is free and takes an e-mail address or a Google sign-in. You only need it for alerts, orders and reports.
Native Android and iOS builds are in preparation and are not yet published in the App Store or Google Play. Until they are, the web app is the app — and it works on every phone.
Two different maps — read this before you plan a trip
We inspect cars in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France. The listings in the app come from Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany — today there are no French listings in it. If you found a car in France somewhere else, we will still go and inspect it; just send us the link.
What the app does not do
- It does not sell cars. We are not a dealer and not a broker.
- It takes no money from sellers, dealers or marketplaces — that is what keeps the inspection report worth reading.
- It does not publish sellers’ phone numbers.
- It does not contact the seller on your behalf until you have ordered an inspection.
Questions people actually ask
Do I need an account to look at the cars? +
No. Listings, filters, the inspection quote and the import calculator all work without signing in. An account is only needed for alerts, orders and reports.
Where do the listings come from? +
From AutoScout24 (Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany) and 2dehands (Belgium). New listings are discovered once every 24 hours, and once an hour while a paid subscription is active — on a good car the first day is the whole game, and that hour is what the subscription buys. Connectors for Marktplaats.nl and mobile.de are built and waiting to be switched on — until then those two are not in the app.
Is the app in the App Store or on Google Play? +
Not yet. The native builds are in preparation. The web app runs in any browser with nothing to install, and can be added to your home screen.
Is the inspection price in the app the final price? +
Yes. It is calculated from the seller’s location, includes the travel, and is signed by our server for 15 minutes, so the amount cannot change between the screen and the payment.
Can I order and pay for an inspection inside the app? +
Yes — card, Bancontact, iDEAL or SEPA through Stripe. The order reaches the inspector immediately and you follow its status on the order screen.
Can I delete my account and take my data with me? +
Yes. The account screen has both: download your data as a JSON file, and delete the account. Invoices and reports are kept as long as tax law requires, detached from your personal details.
What does “Verified by DAExport” on a listing mean? +
That a buyer has already ordered a DAExport inspection of this exact car and the report exists. The badge shows the inspection date, the score and the verdict; opening it shows the full report — paint measurements, tyres, brakes, photos under each finding. It is matched to the listing by the link and the VIN, so a re-posted car keeps its report.
Can I list my own car on the DAExport marketplace? +
Soon, and only after a DAExport inspection of that car, ordered and paid for like any other inspection. The listing then appears with the “Verified by DAExport” badge and the report attached. A car without an inspection cannot be listed here.
