How much does an independent pre-purchase car inspection cost?

I found an Octavia in Ghent and the seller wants a deposit. Before I pay anything I'd like an inspection. What does it cost and is the price fixed?

The Full inspection is €278.30 incl. VAT (€230 net). Driving to the car is included: 30 km round trip, or 50 km when the car is 150 km or more from Antwerp one way. Beyond that it is €0.57 per km incl. VAT, measured by road in both directions.
You see the full amount, travel included, before you order – just give the country and postcode where the car stands. The vehicle history report by VIN is part of the price, not an add-on.
